The floor

Put your company where buyers explore.

Hall A is laid out as a city. Twelve topic experiences anchor the rows, your booth sits beside the topic your buyers come for, islands take the intersections, and the Startup Village gathers around its own stage. Two stages and the café give people reasons to keep walking the floor all day.

Scroll the plan sideways on a phone

  • Startup Village. Introduce your product among 24 kiosks in two rows around the village stage, where every aisle ends.
  • Expo booths. Choose a 10×10 or 10×20 bay beside your topic experience, or a front-row position on the entrance aisle.
  • Islands. Create your custom presence at an aisle intersection.
  • Topic experiences. Partner-led, hands-on activations for each of the twelve topics.
  • Government Pavilion. Meet cities and agencies sharing their work across eight kiosks.
  • Stages. Connect around sessions at the Main Stage, City Lab and the Demo Stage.

Good to know

Plan your presence with confidence.

What is included in a booth package?

You get the structure, graphics, counter, seating and carpet listed in your package, built before you arrive, plus your conference passes and exhibitor listing. Every pass includes twelve months in the Tomorrow.City USA Community on Alani Connect. Bring your product, your team and your demo equipment.

Who handles power, internet and AV?

Order directly through the show contractor and the Palm Beach County Convention Center using your exhibitor kit. You pay for what you use. Most 10×10 exhibitors order one power drop and a monitor.

Can I upgrade or customize?

Yes. Shape your space around your demo with monitors, pony walls, extra seating or a full custom build. Islands are designed with our team from the start.

How are locations assigned?

By topic row, in the order reservations are confirmed. Tell us your topic in the form so we can place you beside the experience your buyers come to see.

How do I join the Startup Village?

Select Startup Kiosk in the form below to apply. Companies under five years old with a working product are a fit. The program team reviews applications by topic and sends accepted founders a payment link.

How do we keep connecting after the event?

The conference CRM is built in. Every badge scan at your space is saved with the person, their organization and the session they came from, and every pass includes twelve months in the Tomorrow.City USA Community on Alani Connect. Search a knowledge graph of every attendee, speaker and organization since 2019, follow the twelve topic channels, each led by a chair, and keep your exhibitor profile, demos and sessions in front of buyers all year in your virtual room.

How does payment work?

Every space is confirmed with payment in full, by card or Stripe invoice, within 48 hours of your location being suggested. That locks your location, your passes and your early floor rate. Startup Village founders pay only after acceptance.

Can we transfer or cancel?

Your space transfers to another company any time with a note to the team. Paid reservations are refundable, less a processing fee, until placements are confirmed on January 15, 2027. After that your investment stays with the show, and your passes and Community access are yours to use.

What if we want more than a booth?

Partnerships from $25K to $500K extend your presence with stage time, hosted dinners, topic rights and custom expo space. Tell us your goals in the reservation form, or go straight to the partnership levels.
